AUTHOR'S FOREWORD

The mystery of eternal Life of each of us, – irrespective of whether you perceive yourself as an inhabitant of Earth or any other reality, – is to Cognize and Understand WHAT we are "now", WHOM we WANT TO BECOME "in the future" and WHO we ARE in the Higher Actuality Which we call "the Divine World".

These are Three Primary Benchmarks on the Way of development of our Self-Consciousness and everything which we define for ourselves as "Spiritual Growth", "Evolution" and "Eternal Cosmic Existence".

But in order to Understand and Cognize Our Selves, first of all we must Remember that we are not those limited and imperfect creatures who look at us from a mirror, but are highly-developed Cosmic Entities who created ALL the Worlds in the Universe to Cognize Themselves, through an infinite set of Forms of Cosmic Life, on all levels of their own Creation.

"Ye are GODS!" – Christ opened this Highest Truth to people so that we finally stop to perceive ourselves on a derogatory and indecent animal level as underdeveloped "monkey descendants" and try to see in our imperfect form the hidden Divinity and boundless Cosmic Grandiosity.

"You are GODS!", – I remind you again and again in my songs this Primary Testament of Christ so that you, who have taken deep root in the dense thicket of materiality, could gradually Remember Your Selves, Your Eternal Cosmic Home, and the Universal Spiritual Mission for the sake of which you incarnated into material earthly forms.

You are GODS! You always were the Ones, you are the Ones, and you will never be able not to be the Ones, – the True Creators of Galaxies, Star Systems, Planets and Worlds which form an infinite Cosmic Community of Intelligence.

With each next song of "My Testament", this all-absorbing Thought, combining with a deep heart Feeling and eternal Desire of a total Unity with ALL, will waken Your Star-Galactic Memory, recreating in your Self-Consciousness only the highest Perceptions and Knowledge of Your Selves as highly-developed Cosmic Entities Whose Home is the whole Universe.

This Dominating Thought will over and over again revive in you the ineradicable-by-anything-or-anybody striving for Devotion to all people in the name of Light of Truth, in the name of Divine Love, in the name of an eternal spiritual development of everyone through cognition and development of other Forms of Life.

The Songs of "My Testament" are an inexhaustible Source of cordial Joy, of unselfish Love to everybody and to EVERYTHING, of the deepest Faith which gives to tired Hearts Optimism and Hope for a bright spiritual future.

Each Song is your deep MEDITATION on Your Self who transfigures in Light, dissolves in eternal Divine Love, who wishes to give to people all the purest and the brightest which is the best part of you.

Each Song will lead you to Cognition of your own Soul through the Path of Heart, – the most difficult and the most reliable Way to Your Self and to the highest Divine Unity with ALL and Spiritual Transfiguration in ALL.

Recognizing in each Song your most intimate Thoughts and Feelings, projecting them onto high levels of your own Self-Perception, you will become more and more firmly convinced of the rightness and truthfulness of the Path of your Spiritual Devotion to people; in each Song, you will find those spiritual criteria and goals to which you will not only start to orientate your own Life but also will try to bring closer the understanding of other people, – your friends, relatives, acquaintances.

As any meditative practice meant for an accelerated development of Self-Consciousness, the Songs of "My Testament" will be able to serve their spiritualizing role only when you will treat each text as your own Program of Life which is well formulated by the author and reflects accurately your own Thoughts, Feelings, Desires, your primary life position and spiritual aspirations.

In contrast to generally accepted meditative methods, the effectiveness of spiritual impact on the environment and Consciousness of "a song Meditation" increases considerably when the Songs are sung at once by several people who are united by the same spiritual aspirations and who sincerely wish to make their Devotion not only to their own benefit but also to the benefit of the entire world.

During the singing, a powerful energy flow is created which activates higher spiritual centers not only of the singing people but also of all those who stay passively within their spiritualizing influence, at a distance from 20-50 meters to 300-400 meters and even farther.

Do not forget: the longer and the more stably you can stay in the state of benevolence, tolerance, understanding and Love to all, and the higher and purer will be your own Thoughts and Feelings, the more harmonic, the brighter and the more spiritualized will become people who surround you, and together you will be able to transform much sooner the material world itself created by your internal states.

We also observed numerous cases of cure of acute diseases of those who just passively stayed in the area of energy influence of the Songs, not participating in singing and even not hearing them: in adjacent rooms and floors, in hospital wards, in other entrances of buildings and even in other streets.

Playing records of the Songs before going to bed showed their exclusively favorable influence not only on the sleep and subsequent wakeful condition of adults, but also on a psychical and physical state of children, especially babies and children at preschool age: they fall asleep sooner and their sleep becomes normalized, there was observed a clear reduction of irritancy, of petulance, of predisposition to diseases and enhancement of immune resistance, and also there was a quick development of hidden talents and bents for different kinds of art, and so on.

I do not take my personal credit for it: I just did my best to put in verses clearly and briefly the things which you already think about, but yet could not tell to others; the things for which you already strive yourselves at the bottom of your Soul, but yet could not find the words for their complete and accurate expression in this quality.

I just propose each of you the possibility to feel yourself in IT, to try to experience deeply each line of the Songs, and if at least something in "My Testament" is able to reflect some of your internal states, then let these soulful verses become for you the starting point from which you could with absolute certainty and conviction state to the world, to people, and to yourself Who you are now and Whom you want to become in the nearest future.

The Songs of "My Testament" will help you to become very quickly and effectively distracted from an endless everyday vanity and a mournful current pettiness, to find the right way out at the moments of despair, unbelief, spite and hopelessness, and also to find for yourself the right answers to the questions with which Life incessantly worries you.

There are already hundreds of reliable facts of cure with the help of these songs from many serious diseases, when, as a result of a meditative singing, multiyear inveterate diseases disappeared, severe wounds were healed and tumors vanished away.

The principle of a healing action of the Songs is very simple: a long stay of the Consciousness of a singing person on a higher-quality level of thinking and feeling, the state of active altruism, positivism and enlightenment to which texts of the Songs tune you, activate significantly all subconscious processes of karmic smoothing, promote annihilation, in the Aura, of crude energies which are properly the main reason of emergence of the most serious and acute diseases in the body.

Not only during singing of the Songs, but also for a long time after it, you continue to be in a deep state of benevolence, tolerance and understanding towards all, which by itself fills your Life only with auspicious circumstances identical in quality with these deep and bright feelings; after singing your choices become less selfish and more amiable, which also influences positively your well-being and health.

Here is the most important what you must observe during singing of the Songs of "My Testament":

• try to fathom deeply the sense of verses and express it during singing not as "the author’s words", but as your own opinion, your personal attitude to something, your comprehension, your consent and your view of which is said in a Song;
• do not sing mechanically, thinking of something else unrelated to the sense of the Songs;
• do not try as best as you can to sing beautifully, loudly and correctly, only seeking for somebody to notice your vocal skills, – thus you concentrate on the external and lose the main thing: you go away from the sense, from a deep soulful feeling of yourself, from a sincere consolidation of Yourself in altruism through a comprehensive understanding of words of the Songs;
• do not be distracted with external circumstances, people, sounds and even the melody itself, if they interfere with your deep focus on the contents of the Songs in your Consciousness;
• do not make long intervals between Songs so that not to become distracted with irrelevant conversations and not to lose your spiritual mood created by a previous Song;
• sing always and everywhere, aloud and "inwardly", alone and in company, in joy and in distress, when you have any possibility to do it, and especially when there is no such possibility.

If the Songs of "My Testament" take a worthy place in your Life, having formed its powerful spiritual background, then it will be your particular contribution to the cause of Spiritual Transfiguration of the entire humankind and planet which you and I inhabit.
