The principle of wave vibration (oscillation) is fundamental both for the entire Creation and for all that exists in It, including Thought, Feeling, and the whole musical-color gamma.

All visible and invisible Worlds of the infinite set of Universes are created and can develop only because vibrations of various frequency and nature are included in their common basis.

Everything around us represents creative dynamics of vibrations of different frequency and configuration which, in their lower - three-dimensional - range, we perceive as various colors and sounds.

Through the system of our physical perception, vibrations of the color range merge into pictures, things, natural phenomena and all sorts of images; and acoustic vibrations that we can hear merge into songs of birds, noise of wind, wash of waves, pat of rain, inaudible hubbub of city and country life, and also into words, song melodies and complex musical sounds.

We are an integral part of the whole vibration rhythm of our planet, our World. That is why each organ and system of our organism functions at a strictly definite frequency, and a forced change of this frequency results in its malfunctioning and hence in deterioration of our health.

All our life creativity also represents continuous transformations of Focuses of Self-Consciousness from some quality ranges of vibrations into other ones, and a long interchange of these rhythms is exactly that which we are prone to call spiritual "ascensions" or "falls", "joy" and "happiness", "sadness" and "grief", "good" and "love", "evil" and "hatred"…

It has been scientifically proven that music and songs, being the most ancient means of psychic and energy-information communication between people, actively influence all processes that take place in the human organism, from the subtlest ones, those of thinking and feeling, to gross physiological and physical ones.

In essence, it is a universal language of our remote ancestors, which has been changed considerably in the course of human "intellectualization" that demands skills of specification, brevity, quick analysis from interlocutors. Using words and music, humans have learnt how to express their inner world, expressing to others its harmonic or disharmonic properties.

A word is a definite combination of sounds for expression and specification of some form, for communication of the meaning of a human Thought, intention or motivation. While some words heal us, refine us and spiritualize us, other words can critically damage our psychic state and even morally suppress, psychically break down and physically destroy.

For example, crude foul expressions, when they are used constantly, destroy harmonic wave programs of the organism and reduce very much the level of creative activity of "Focuses" of Self-Consciousness of any person.

It does not matter in which language the words are pronounced, the only thing that matters is the SENSE included in their vibration and intonation.

In fact, sound combinations of words just make exact specification of the sense and meaning of different complex-functional Thought-Forms, strictly differentiating into separate sound combinations the whole range of creative activity typical of each of them, at the same time losing and omitting those inimitable and deep - emotional, sensual, spiritual - vibrations that in a specific way characterize each Thought-Form manifested in our World.

Melodic plays of sound that form a talented musical work and easily switch the Focus of our Self-Consciousness onto emotional, highly-sensual and spiritual levels, by their influence, are so deeper, more universal and more effective than primitive sound combinations of words that there is no doubt about the great power of psychic influence of these harmonic vibrations over all intelligent creatures, including animals, plants and minerals (for instance, water, crystals and even metal).

You must admit that no words can convey all the subconscious, impalpable, unspeakable which can be experienced and felt only when you hear talented musical masterpieces or songs performed by true masters of these genres of creativity.

That is why, regardless the hyperactive technocratization of our Consciousness, on a sensuous-psychic level of communication, music and songs still remain the most effective and popular means of interpersonal communication and internal self-expression of a personality.

With music you can not only restrain or, on the contrary, stimulate (that is to say purposefully model) various psychic states, but also effectively control the activity of the central nervous system and various other systems of the biological human organism (and also of that of animals and plants) which are responsible for memory, movements, orientation in space and time, speech and motion functions, as well as for many other functions.

Depending on the quality of a combination of sound and rhythms, music can be both a source of spiritual ascension of Consciousness and recovery from many illnesses and a powerful means of destructive and negative influence over the entire psychobiological system of the human being.

Perhaps, only the most lazy ones do not know about the experiments of a purposeful impact of different musical works on animals, plants and even water - these are scientifically established facts proven by hundred of thousands of tests of many serious research institutions.

Under the influence of various sounds, music and even single words, plants begin either to develop better or to die quickly; water molecules also respond instantly to different-quality sound impacts changing considerably their structure which immediately affects forms of their crystallization.

In its multidimensional - ethereal - structure, water is a universal energy-information carrier that keeps in an archived form all information about the multimillion development of our planet and all Forms of creatures that ever developed in many of its Worlds.

All microbiological structures (cells) of plants, animals and people include 70-80% of water which, through the cytoplasmic information basis, establishes an individual frequency for a normal functioning of each internal organ or system.

Due to this, each organ responds so sensitively to different-quality musical vibrations that affect water molecules of our organism from outside; as a result of this, depending on the nature of the influence, our health either becomes harmonized and better or becomes disbalanced and degrades.

Thus, during tests, researchers have found out that using different rhythms and sounds it is possible to regulate effectively functions of the brain, to stimulate the work of individual systems, accelerate cell regeneration processes in damaged tissues, restore damaged zones of the brain, of the central and vegetative nervous systems, and many other things.

Not only water but also DNA and RNA molecules that structure our individual genetic complexes have the ability to perceive, respond and decipher actively acoustic information by the sense included into it, to remember it, and keep it for a long time, transferring it into genetic codes of next generations.

Miscreated and sharp, disharmonic and destructive, in their energy-information essence, sound combinations, - both in the form of music and words, - considerably deform and destroy wave programs of the organism; this results in the birth of mentally deficient children and the offspring appear with many mental and physical abnormalities.

Each of our seven planetary psychic centers ("IISSIIDI") that organize all creative dynamics of the structures of our Self-Consciousness has a vibration range of manifested response that is typical only of it.

These are the very "seven strings of our Soul" which form the whole gamma of our earth Life; and all our "spiritual", psychic, mental and physical states totally depend on their activity.

This or that melody, by its rhythm and character of sounds, instantly becomes resonant with an individual frequency of some of our IISSIIDI-centers and immediately activates in the structure of Self-Consciousness of a human being the psychophysical processes that are natural for the creativity of various Thought-Forms that provide the dynamic activity of specific levels of a given center which is expressed through our desires, interests, choices and actions.

Depending on a type of musical impact, a person becomes either more good-natured and equable, calm and prone to reflection, or active and oversexed, or impetuous and bellicose, or joyful and vigorous, or sad and melancholic…

One melody or song can quickly change our sad mood, while another one, on the contrary, persistently fills our Consciousness with grievous Thoughts driving us into the state of depression, of negative attitude toward somebody or something, and still another one simply gives rise of an irresistible desire to dance, make fun, take everything carefree, easy, be unconcerned.

Any music is inseparably associated with processes which we call "rhythm", but which actually determine and structure the whole system of psychic, intellectual, biological Life not only of each individual person but also of our entire earth community, from small and large "interest groups" (profession, religion, science, art, etc.), nations, countries, continents to the whole humankind.

Some people are impressed by beats of a drum or tambourine, some like a melodic sound of a flute, some prefer a bagpipe, some like organ or various trumpets or sounds of a saxophone, a guitar, a violin and so on.

These planetary rhythms expressed via musical works can either resonate or be, to this or that extent, dissonant to individual rhythms of Life of each person or a group of people, to the levels of creative activity of Focuses of their Self-Consciousness, which, in their turn, create their own internal, - harmonic or disharmonic, - Worlds.

The quality of combination of musical rhythms and sounds, being a universal language not only in our physical World but also in many other different-quality realities, effects greatly all psychophysiological processes that take place in the human organism (and not only in it), from subtle ones of thinking and emotions to the physiological ones which we call "unconditional".

Speaking of the influence of vibrations of words and music on a quality state of our Consciousness and biological organism we cannot but note that there are many things that we traditionally refer to positively influencing energies which, however, actually can drive our Consciousness to destructive energy levels.

We can certainly say that musical rhythms are biological on any level of our perception because that psychic, - emotional, sensuous, intellectual, - information which is included by authors and performers of various musical works has a very active influence on our biological bodies and subtle-energy capsules: either favorably correcting the results of all possible long and considerably destructive psychic states that have formed pathological dysfunctions, or vice versa, breaking a barely established relative harmony in our organism.

Dissonance is a very powerful phenomenon that actively destructures and destroys an established order, whether it be a World, a society, a human personality or an individual organ and even a cell of his biological organism.

If a human being could learn to understand Nature through the specificity of sound and rhythm he would be able to use music to heal his physical body and to develop higher levels of his Consciousness to control the activity of Mind, etc.

Believe it, quite soon people with cancer and other "incurable diseases" will be successfully cured with the help of beautiful Music and highly-spiritual Songs that very intensely reorient "Focuses" of Self-Consciousness of the sick to higher-quality and more harmonic levels of psychic relations between people themselves and with their outward World.

Now many healers heal successfully with the help of some musical works such diseases as epilepsy (Sonata in D Major of Mozart), prostatic hypertrophy (Piono Concerto No. 2 of Rakhmaninov), hypertension (Sonata No.9 and No.25 of Beethoven), hypotension and various depression states (waltzes of Mozart) and many others.

Scientists proved in their researches that the brain of those people who listen to or play classical music on a regular basis is not only larger in size but also has a considerably higher intellectual-sensuous potential. Moreover, due to a higher quality of cells and tissues formed in it, such a brain is practically protected against such terrible disease as cancer.

But far from all classical music works has a healthsome influence, as some traditionally consider, on the state of our psychic centers, the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system. If a musical work (as well as any other work!) was composed in a state of perturbation, despondency, depression or dissatisfaction with Life, later it can influence in absolutely identical way those who would listen to it or perform it.

Every person puts into his activity only that which he has in abundance, that which he wants and can share with those who one way or another would deal with his work.

If it is a highly-spiritual creation, it includes high vibrations typical of life creativity of the personality that created the work, and being projected through our organs of perception onto corresponding-in-quality levels of our Self-Consciousness, it can result in harmonization of these levels and activation of spiritual abilities.

Reading highly-spiritual literature, listening to a beautiful instrumental music or a singer who tries to convey through his songs the best he has inside, watching a wonderful motion picture that praises Love, Beauty and Harmony of human relations, we relax unintentionally and become open to the action of vibrations created by writers, musicians, singers and actors.

But along with their energies, we, on the subconscious level, "give the green light" to "an introduction into us" and to an activation in our energy-information structure of those Thought-Forms which, in their creativity, are actively involved in these sensuous-emotional or mental processes!

You should picture to yourself clearly that any music or song (as well as any other creation - picture, sculpture, photograph, objects of fine arts, movie) is inevitably an energy-information conductor, to the structure of Self-Consciousness of any human being, of those specific psychic states which were experienced by the author (composer, poet) while creating his work (or musician, singer, actor, photo model during a performance itself).

Each of them expresses himself actively and internally (psychically, emotionally, spiritually) in his creativity, putting into it not only his own ideas about the World and about himself, but also all his spiritual and physical health or stable pathological states.

For example, many works of Rakhmaninov, Tchaikovsky, Debussy, and Mozart are very optimistic, full of energy, cheerful and, for a long time after listening to them, they put you into exalted states that fill your Consciousness with joy, altruism and kindness that overwhelmed the composers at the moments of their work on these ingenious masterpieces.

At the same time, however, there are many works of Bach, Chopin, Beethoven, Liszt, Rakhmaninov, Prokofiev, Haydn, Schubert, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, and of other world's famous classical music composers created by them under the influence of moments of psychic indignation, spiritual frustration or excessive sexual excitement.

For example, among several tens of organ works of Ludwig van Beethoven, which I listened to, only two were concordant with vibrations of the first and second levels of the heart center; there are also just a few Bach's works of such level. The attitude of society to the nontraditional sexual orientation of P.I. Tchaikovsky and vexation of mind felt by him due to this added a very clear negative effect to some of his famous works.

Most pop-music idols put into their creations, which are hastily "put together" to please the trend or to fulfill somebody's order, everything that has been corroding them from inside for a long time, pouring on the audience their own old unforgettable grudges, deep-seated envy, chronic hypocrisy, hidden meanness, inherent lies, all-absorbing greed, maniacal lust, deep-rooted cynicism, and other splendid "gifts", including diseases that like thistles grew vehemently on this fertile psycho-pathological ground.

It is obvious that 99% of modern songsters are completely unable to give to the audience even ordinary heart energies or at least somewhat quality sexual energies above the level of rude sex.

At the "best", after listening to modern music "hits" you can get a forceful activation either of middle levels of the sexual Center or of the lowest levels of the intellectual Center and the heart Center.

The whole current show business "works" exclusively on levels of the maximum aggressive activity of the two lower psychic Centers. The same is true of motion pictures, video films, television, computer games and fine arts which now have become the most ardent promoters and mass disseminators of "antiworld" ideology with backstairs politics, double moral standards, glitzy fashion and bad primitive taste.

You should not forget for a single moment that each of "working" states of a composer is encoded in energy-information way into specific combinations of rhythms and sounds, into words, Thought-Forms and images that are firmly and inseparably attached to each of his creations and have a suppressive influence over the quality of creative activity of Consciousness of people that listen attentively to or study in detail a given work.

Entering with you Consciousness into the rhythm of some music, you are simultaneously encoded by its vibration code and switch your Focus onto levels of the psychic state of its author, which is far from always safe both to your own mind and to your physical health.

Very often you estimate highly some original works, admiring them like "masterpieces", absolutely unaware that behind many of them there is a clear, masked-in-sounds, pathologic essence of the composer or an overlaid low-quality psychic state of the performer, which activate immediately similar processes in your Consciousness and in your organism.

Such a work, even if it is performed on a very high professional level, brings with itself a powerful negative charge of disruptive, destructive energy and that is why it has the same negative effect on people as alcohol, drugs, nicotine, intoxicated atmosphere and psychic stresses.

Remember: everything you listen to attentively and watch with interest, what you admire, what you are sincerely delighted at, what you eagerly dance to or simply do with pleasure, work, rest, get asleep, - you get, freely accept into your Consciousness and drink into yourself, "privatizing" these energy-information codes and continuously filling your personal Life with them.

Any music or song, in the first place, is a source of information, and the quality of musical energy that carries this information from one structure of Self-Consciousness to your structure determines to a great extent not only your physical health, psychic state but also your own Destiny formed by your incessant choices, ideals and preferences matured inside you.

You can listen to and enjoy the type of music and those songs which impress you and which you like, but at the same time you must as minimum take care at least of the state of your physical health, if your own psycho-spiritual states are of little importance to you.

For example, famous and once very popular dances such as samba, rumba, cha-cha-cha, lambada, salsa, cancan, and many others can very quickly displace the "Focus" of your personal Self-Consciousness onto 1-3 levels; tango, jive and paso doble - into 4-5 levels, and pas-de-grace and waltz - into 6-7 levels of the sexual Center.

Practically the entire "rock" movement, including its modern parent "rock-n-roll", is intensely mixed with rituals of black magic of African and Latin-American voodoo sorcerers who imitate on the scene all possible kinds of sexual intercourse that include different incantations and spells that encode very intensely Consciousness of the audience with dynamic, hard-to-control aggression, unmotivated protest accompanied only by a subconscious desire to negate everything, destroy, smash down, mangle up, rape and kill…

Beat was introduced into our Life not at once and not in its most savage variant. The more accelerated became the rhythm of all our existence, starting in 1920s-1930s, the greater became the impact of all possible stress overburdens on people's psychic state from home level to mass repressions and global wars.

Fear and stress, being constantly accumulated in lower Centers, required new radical and mass possibilities for their regular outgo. "A discharge valve" was required which would allow the excess of crude psychic energy to escape from our, overstressed to the maximum with lower activity, Collective Consciousness to prevent appearance of even greater Life-threatening mass symptoms.

Popular music served as such "a valve" for an intensive exhaust of negative energies from overstressed psychic Centers, from forgotten "cha-cha-cha", jass, "shake", rock-n-roll to the peak of achievements of antiworld creativity - "hard metal rock" that allows to discharge into the environment all over the world billions of units of aggressive emotions that are in hundreds times higher than the potential of negative energies produced by the entire humankind during global wars and mass cataclysms. Why and, above all, TO WHOM is it necessary?

By the beginning of the 21st century, in the Collective Consciousness of Earth humankind, the percent of representatives of ANTIWORLD and other underdeveloped civilizations of "the Dark Circle" incarnated into dense-physical human Forms (LLUU-VVU) exceeded 70% of the total amount of reincarnating Conscious Forms, in this type of Space-Time of Earth.

Billions of UNGs, UNKGRs, KROKSTRs, MOKKROUTs, AKRGROFOTs and other imperfect fragmented Conscious Forms that filled with energies of their destructive realities all levels of our two lower psychic Centers required to create the best conditions for their own realization.

But in order to create ("materialize") around incarnated personalities corresponding destructive circumstances it is necessary to create, in Space that surrounds all of us, huge supplies of energy of similar (crude) quality. Where could they get it from? They could bring it into our reality from their own realities by activating the activity of the same "chakram personalities " (SFUURMM-Forms)!

However, in turn, in order to activate dramatically these lower levels of Self-Consciousness, it was necessary to create a powerful external impetus which would induce in the energy structure of a human being an internal resonance and provoke in him a rise of animal Thought-Forms of the lowest desires and the most aggressive emotions.

Skillful ideologists of Antiworld know perfectly well about practically unlimited possibilities of the method of purposeful influence on Consciousness using various sounds and rhythm; that is why they took as the basis of "music", suggested by them, vibrations that are typical of their own reality.

Thus, staying within the audibility zone of "hard rock", "satanic rock" or "punk rock", "fragmented Conscious Forms" of Antiworld have a complete illusion of being in their own reality.

You should notice that practically every human being who is under the influence of this "music", as if loses temporarily the ability of spatial orientation and as if escapes completely the reality. In this way, with the help of mind-numbing sounds, stupefying noise and wild rhythm, the best conditions are achieved for the development and self-realization of antiworld Forms of fragmented Consciousness.

Today, practically no "hard-rock" disk is issued without corresponding subconscious codes that can by sly degrees manipulate thoughts and will of millions of rock fans. A great many performers use intentionally incantations in their song texts, specific gestures and even recorded in a definite way appeals to revolt and violence, to suicide or killing, to dedication to satan, or just orders like: "Kill your neighbor or else he'll kill you!", "Give us sex!", "Down with suppression of instincts!" and so on.

Just think about it and try to understand what a huge and wild herd of aggressive and primitive, in their life perception, "chakram personalities" you attracted into yourself, completely abandoning yourself to the insane passion of rock, listening to and enjoying dreadfully loud, all-tearing beat sounds, which make crack not only faceted glasses but also many of your internal organs!

So many someone else's, unstudied and disharmonic, qualities you voluntarily activated in your Self-Consciousness for no particular reason, due to your ignorance, and so many destructive circumstances, suffering, diseases and distress they will attract in your Life to use you rudely only as a silly and underdeveloped puppet. This is your personal payment for your ignorance and "harmless pastime"!

Without doubt "rock", in any its kind, represents a psychic drug, even more dangerous one than heroin and other chemical drugs whose effect on the organism it considerably intensifies; and due to it a person becomes easily addictive to them.

Rock stars themselves included the whole range of drugs in their life and became the most passionate promoters of them, contributing to mass distribution of drugs during their concerts.

You must also know that an amplified up to 70-100 decibel sound of a bass guitar or solo guitar in combination with a strong "beat" effects greatly the state of cerebro-spinial fluid, which in its turn affects internal secretion glands.

At the same time, there is a strong disturbance of balance, in the organism, of adrenal and sex hormones (adrenalin, testosterone, pheromone, etc.); destabilization of the level of insulin in blood; dysfunction of control of the psychosomatic condition of the whole organism by the central nervous system.

Besides, an excessive excitation of the sacculus part of the vestibular apparatus that is responsible for perception of acoustic frequencies within the musical range leads to an excess stimulation of one of the brain parts - hypothalamus, as a result of which a powerful emission of neurohormones takes place and sexual excitement intensifies very much, up to an arbitrary orgasm and temporary paralysis of consciousness.

It is definitely proven that records of such well-known bands as "Beatles", "Queen", "Rolling Stones", "Styx", "Black Sabbath" and others were furnished with special codes that influence subconsciousness of the audience and stimulate in them programmed-in-acoustic-codes states, desires, emotions and extremely negative psychic reactions.

English and American bands became their worthy successors: "Metallica", "Iron Maiden", "Sepultura", "Eminem", "Ice Cube", "Corn", "Methods of Mayhem", "Limp Biscuit" and many others.

In Russia, they are successfully and fully impersonified by "Aria", "Corrosion of Metal", Detsl, Dolphin, "Killed by Rap", "Zdob Si Zdub", "IFK" and hundreds of other fans.

Not to mention performers of so-called "acid rock" ("Prodigy", "The Chemical Brothers", Moby and others.), "satanist rock" (Marilyn Manson) and punk rock ("Sex Pistols", "Exploited", "Offspring", "King and Joker", "Naive", "Cockroaches", etc.), the purpose of "aggressive music" of which is one - to lead as many people as possible to suicide, to constant desire of group violence and sex, to maniacal inclination to systematic crimes, homicide, sadism, to realization in bloodiness and extreme brutality.

It has been experimentally confirmed that only several seances of listening to depressive, psychically and psychologically poisoned music make human Consciousness extremely compliant to aggressive-sexual and other low-quality encoding, raising in it addiction to disharmonic sounds without which the world starts to seem too insipid and mawkish.

Taking into account the circumstance that our DNA, as an individually self-developing spiritual Being, can perceive the sense of all words which we hear or pronounce, and remember all acoustic information with which we surround ourselves, so that later to put it into genotype of our descendants, you can imagine the low-quality being that would incarnate into an embryo fertilized by a man that is literally mad about rock or pop-music.

Similar attracts and begets similar. Becoming insane "fans" of all sorts of bands that use in their creativity spiritually degrading elements of rock and low-vibration (animal) encoding, you overfill to the limit your Life with powerful destructive energies and gradually, - but steadily! - turn into obedient slaves and promoters of extremely selfish way of life.

Look at those, morally degraded creatures, whom you made idols for yourselves! Look at them and be horrified!

On the Subtle Plane, all of them have a monstrous beast-like form of those who totally possess their Consciousness and to whom they blindly dedicated all their earth Life. Coming into contact with them and with their so-called "musical creativity", you will not only fail to get any creative energies, but will become yourself more and more polluted by their all-destroying vibrations.

As a counter to these uncontainable streams of motley musical aggression, there are melodies organized by much higher-quality combinations of acoustic vibrations which can inspire people with altruism and natural desire to bring Light, Love, Joy and Harmony into the outward world.

Elevated rhythms that overwhelm these melodies, in combination with vibrations of words that turn any melody into a song, simply in a remarkable manner can activate higher levels of Consciousness of people who heartfully sing these songs or listen to them with a deep heart involvement.

Many works traditionally performed in Orthodox and Catholic churches belong to such music composed to famous prayers and psalms.

But, unfortunately, only a few people know, listen to and understand these elevated spiritual works, as for the majority of people the sense of words that accompany "church" music remains incomprehensible and inaccessible, and a choral manner of singing makes impossible any active participation of any person in the singing process, - they can only listen to such a music and enjoy its sublime harmony.

Ordinary people need such songs which they could sing with or without a background music; which they could sing in various life and home situations (at a table, at a bonfire, on a trip, at work, during recreations, while walking); whose sense and meaning of words would be clear and comprehensible to them, helping to overcome difficulties, revive their spirits, supporting during emotional crises and physical ailments, and so on.

Knowing this, once I came to the conclusion that, as a counter and opposition to the present aggressive-sexual-maniacal song obsession, there must be created a completely new, absolutely holistic, harmonic and universal, in the form of its expression, music-song direction of spiritual development that reorients effectively Focuses of Self-Consciousness of people onto more harmonic and high-quality levels of Life.

I have finally become firmly convinced of this when I wrote my "IISSIIDIOLOGY" books that not only give the most detailed description of the Laws and Principles of the Universe but also show Paths, using which one can in the shortest possible time approach a practical realization of a spiritual Harmony inside that stabilizes Focuses of Self-Consciousness on the Levels of unconditional Love, Altruism, deep Understanding and creative comprehension of higher Goals of one's own infinite Existence.

So, I created first two books of a big collection of Songs of "My Testament"; now you can read and listen to 555 Songs.

Why I gave such a name to my Songbooks should be very clear to everyone: all these Songs are my spiritual Heritage, my musically formed Will and detailed Practical Guide for all those who will not be able to comprehend fully the complex, for an average level of understanding, "IISSIIDIOLOGY", but who still will choose to follow me along the difficult Path of spiritual Synthesis of supreme Knowledge of Truth with the highest possible Love to everybody and to All things; as a result, in structures of Self-Consciousness, yet completely unexplored Levels of Understanding of the eternal Mystery of Universal Existence and the universal role assigned in It to all of us, people, open gradually and become activated.

In these Songs, I tried to include everything that brings exclusively positive and altruistic information that tunes up actively both the singer and the audience only to heartful Joy, Love to people, aspiration for Beauty and Harmony that raises benevolence and loving-kindness, stimulates intensively high-quality spiritual aspirations in Self-Consciousness, sets high Goals and proposes many Ways to achieve them.

As a musical basis for lyrics of "My Testament" I chose completely forgotten by many but once the most well-known, loved and popular melodies of the past century, from 1930s-40s to the late 1990s, which, however, still give rise only to the warmest, most cheerful and kind feelings in people.

With the help of these, dear to my Heart, melodies several generations of people were raised - our grandparents, fathers, we and our children. Unfortunately, our grandchildren had a completely different - bloodthirsty-musical - environment, in the dark corners of which hundreds of millions of human Destinies and Lives were broken and ruthlessly downtrodden.

In order to try to stop this uncontrollable fall of our grandchildren and great-grandchildren into the deepest abyss of cruelty, cynicism, aggression and spiritual impoverishment, I give as a gift Songs of AYFAAR, Songs of "My Testament", to the tired World.

If these wonderful melodies helped millions of soviet people to survive, not to fall and not to become hardened in heart during the most difficult years of the Great Patriotic War, in dreadful torture chambers of Stalin's concentration camps, in the deceitful political cobweb of "Khrushchev's thaw" and in the jesuitical economy of "the Brezhnev's era", then, certainly, being transformed into a higher spiritual form, these renewed Songs will still be able to continue successfully their triumphant march over the country and, having found a deep response in millions of Hearts, to serve people in their spiritual search.

Let us try to consider briefly WHAT happens to the psychophysical state of a human being during singing of my Songs?

When you deeply concentrate your Attention to the sense of words, you involuntarily project all that which I tried to convey in the text on your own levels of life understanding, on your relations with yourself and with the outward World, and you automatically fix your Thoughts and Feelings on these, very positive, altruistic and high-spiritual, psychic states.

With each new Song, you even more and deeper become convinced that everything what you sing about is YOUR understanding, YOUR life position, which you could not express in comprehensible words, but which now comes from and streams in the musical rhythm from the most deep sources of YOUR own Soul!

And now you begin to feel that without this, literally overfilling you, Joy, Altruism, Hope to the best, inexplicable Love to everything and everybody, you simply cannot exist, cannot live, communicate, breathe, without sending to all other people all that spiritual wealth, that internal Beauty which in an abundant Stream simply pour from your all-encompassing Heart.

Getting deeper and deeper into these spiritual states while singing the Songs, you begin to understand that any spatial barriers disappear between you and all other people, that you in your singing, gradually and steadily, turn into a powerful emitter of the kindest and lightest Energy, which, joining the common energy-information Flow of humankind, makes immense positive changes in it, making people kinder, more warm-hearted, more tolerable, better, more spiritual.

Now you know exactly, that you are a Planetary Conductor of Light and Love and that this is your spiritual Mission and any forces of evil, darkness, ignorance are no longer able to change inside you this, incommunicably powerful and pleasant, feeling of a confident movement in the Advanced Guard of Divine Forces that directs the exhausted humankind to a salvation Path of progress and spiritual prosperity.

The longer you are in these elevated states, the more intensely, deeper and more stably you will restructure "the Focus of Close Attention" of your own Self-Consciousness by these high-quality Thought-Forms that substitute in it old egoistic programs introduced earlier.

Then you will notice that, at moments of important choices, these or those words from the Songs come into your mind, as if suggest the right choice you should make humanly, guided by Wisdom, Conscience, and Love.

When you act several times to the detriment of your own egoism, you will feel an inimitable delight of altruistic actions, a true spiritual pleasure that you did good to someone for no particular reason, made a pleasant thing, helped somebody out in trouble, gave a hand in distress. And, in time, you simply will not be able to act otherwise!

Actively changing and stabilizing the vibration configuration of your own Form on achieved, higher-quality, states, you will also automatically change current Worlds of your conscious stay to more and more harmonic and progressive ones, where your potential spiritual activity will have even more possibilities of practical realizations.

In your environment, like-minded persons will appear more and more often - people that think just like you, that feel and wish the same as you, with your whole Heart, namely: to Serve people, humankind, Planet, dedicate your Life to this Service in the name of Good, Love, Harmony and Justice!

In this way you will change spiritually, if you have an attitude of deep understanding and firm conviction to singing of my Songs and become yourself their active promoters.

What then will happen to your physical body? It will also transform drastically in accordance to the new concept of your life creativity based on higher-quality positions of World-view and Life-assertion!

More egoistic and stale values will be actively superseded by more spiritual and altruistic ones; and even greater stabilization of "Focuses" of Self-Consciousness on positive levels will give access to new, previously inaccessible energy-information Flows, thereby increasing the activity of higher-quality planetary IISSIIDI-Centers and gradually harmonizing psychophysical states of the whole organism (changing the Formo-Type).

As I have mentioned, our physical body includes 70-80% of water, whose crystalline structure represents, in essence, natural microprocessors that keep and regulate all wave vibrations, including those of thinking, feeling, and spiritual ones.

Reformatting water of your organism by higher-quality psychic Energies, you thereby harmonize actively its whole vital activity, remove crystallization processes in persistent dissonance parts that are manifested as all possible pathologies, pains, disorders, etc.

Higher-quality energy-information Flows can be creatively manifested only though higher-quality states of our physical Forms, that is why your whole organism will invisibly change for the better, at the same time getting rid of many things that now upset and trouble you so much.

This healthful effect is especially manifested during group singing, when several people come together united by one high Idea - through manifestations of Love and Good, to Serve devotedly all people.

In this way you will actively join a common Flow of spiritual Energies emitted when we sing my Songs at AYFAAR, participating with us in the universal enlightening Mission on Earth.

I should note that at AYFAAR, people sing the Songs by one hour in the morning and in the evening; and during common works, there is always a CD-player nearby; and its continuous play of the Songs maintains in Consciousness of Ayfaarites a very powerful positive background, tuning them to goodnaturedness, harmony, mutual understanding and prevents fussy and low-quality Thoughts from provoking even the slightest destructive psychic states in their mind.

The longer you stay in such a conscious positivism, the more deeply and naturally you will be able to tune to these joyful states, and the more clearly true high-spiritual values of Life expressed concisely in the words of each of the 555 Songs will be established and realized in your Consciousness.

When I observe the dynamics of those subtle-energy processes that happen during each our group singing, every time I am surprised at pictures, wonderful in their beauty and amazing in their energy effectiveness, that accompany each our song meeting.

Most often, everything starts from several bright and vivid, sparkling with emerald, amethyst and silvery-blue colors, energy flows generated from high levels of the heart and intellectual Centers, which envelope slowly all participants of the singing.

As more people "join" more intensely the process of singing, quite a vast and sizable, moving slowly inside itself, energy "circle" is gradually created around all of us; and each of the participants begins to send individual flows of energy of lettuce-green, green and even turquoise colors into the circle.

After several songs, the color of "the circle" changes gradually, as bluish and dark blue flows become active in it, which, enveloping bodies of all singing persons, make wonderful changes and transformations in structures of their Self-Consciousness.

Those whose individual energy before singing left much to be desired begin to change literally in front of your eyes: the activity of lower centers disappears practically instantly, energies of dirty tints as if are drawn inside them or disappear at all; this makes their Auras light up or shimmer, or filled with beamy shining with a dominance of one bright color: lettuce-green-golden, emerald-green, turquoise or bluish-silver.

Many observations showed that this irradiance is maintained after singing for quite a long time in every participant - from one to three hours (differently for each person); and some of them, who managed to tune in to their highest active levels, can keep it considerably longer (moreover, from singing to singing this effect is intensified even greater, and the duration of Aura's irradiance, its saturation with Light, increases!).

Of course, a great contribution to intensification of this evolution process is made by a deep sense and quality of lyrics for the music, vibrations of which I tried not to let down lower than the second-third levels of the heart and intellectual Centers; and some lyrics were written on levels of the 5th-6th Centers.

Therefore, each of these Songs contains very high mental codes that, resonating by their vibrations with the highest-quality levels of the third and fourth Planetary Centers, facilitate activation of 5-6 pairs of chromosomes in DNA of a person and thereby considerably accelerate evolution processes in the structure of Self-Consciousness.

I would like to tell one more thing, those who have at least superficially read "IISSIIDIOLOGY" already know that "the Focus of Creative Activity" of the Collective Intelligence of Earth humankind (as well as of any individual person!), in any of an infinite set of its "Worlds of simultaneous habitation", is extremely sensitive to dynamics of local ("point") psycho-resonant impacts.

"The Picture of Life" ("scenario") of development of each World (and person) at each moment of Time totally depends on common quality characteristics of the psychic state of its Collective Intelligence that includes absolutely all spiritual, moral, social and physical processes.

Each human being is an active creative unit of the Collective Intelligence of each World, that is why united powerful Thought-Forms even of several tens of people can influence greatly psychodynamic characteristics ("configuration of Qualities") of "the Focus of Creative Activity" of an entire World; which can be compared with needle therapy in acupuncture points of the organism: they can harmonize a common state, or can intensify even greater an energy-information disbalance of the entire system.

Everything depends on WHAT these Thought-Forms bring: either negative energies, aggression, fear and chaos; or they will stimulate the Collective Intelligence of people for Optimism, Love, Joy, Altruism, Benevolence and happy outcome of dramatic situations.

Where, among many Worlds of Earth (with their innumerable "individual scenarios of development"), you will perceive yourself, totally depends on you, - on psychic states which prevail in you at each next moment.

My Songs are an effective and efficient method of psycho-spiritual and physical perfection (conscious reprojection of dynamics of "the Focus of Creative Activity") not only of every human being but also of the whole Collective Intelligence of our Planet, because with an increase of the quality of life creativity of each individual element, the quality state ("vibration configuration") of the entire Formo-system also becomes instantly better.

Actively oppose the unprecedented affluence of aggressive music, stupefying songs, horrible and ruthless rhythms of Life with those kindhearted and loveful states in which you drive yourself automatically when you sing my Songs, and step by step you (as feelings become deeper and these states become more stable!) will model these qualities of your "Focus" in such a way that imperceptibly to yourself you will become participants of Worlds with much more favorable "scenarios of development".

And your more positive and loveful creative states will permanently influence "the Focus" of the whole humankind, automatically making the World free from chaos, aggression, hatred, cataclysms, wars and general downgrade of civilization!

But, I lay special emphasis on it, for such positive changes in the Collective Intelligence of our Planet, there must be such a Wave of Light emitted by loving Hearts of hundreds and thousands of people that, in its spiritual power and efficient strength, not in the least would give way to the wave of evil and aggression that has absorbed the whole humankind for several decades.

Ancient sages claimed: "Free your children from lies, bad music, slander and you will present a great people to the world".
